[Pied Piper]
A gentle smile appeared on his face once again. The boy seemed to warm up to him slowly.
Slowly, he became award of his hood being the center of attetion of the boy's cats. It made him slighty nervous, but he hadn't thought one of the cats would actually jump on him.
The piper fell on his back with an yelp, his rats springting from his hood.
"O-oi, what the--" he shouted out, startled, trying to catch the cat on him.

[Joji]
Kami meow loudly as it finally found what it was looking for, rats! It knew it, it is the scent of the rats! Fluently avoiding the pair of hands that is trying to catch it, it runs after the two rats. Soon the other cats joins in the chase.
"UWAHH!" Joji can only watch helplessly as his pet cats all leave his side one by one for the rats. He immediately stands up to chase after them. But then he remember poor Piper on the ground and turns around.
"I-I'M SORRYYYYY!" Now the poor, startled boy can only keep turning his head back and forth towards the direction Piper is at and where the cats and the rats were at before they disappeared. It looks like he is almost close to bursting into tears.

[Pied Piper]He had a horrified look on his face as the cats started to chase after the two rats. Poor animals. On top of that, it looked like the boy was going to start crying soon. The piper bit his lower lip, it hurt his heart when others - especially young persons - cried. Making a grunting sound he crawled to his flute, grasping it in his hands. The man rose on his knees and placed the flute's mouth piece against his lips, closing his eyes to gather some focus. [ ♪♫♪♪♫ ] He played calmly, letting his talent work. If nothing else, his rats would run back to him and he could defend them. Hopefully, the cats would calm down too and come back - and above all, hopefully the boy would not cry.
