A prince who was blessed with beauty, wit, grace and talent in dancing and music, Sleeping Beauty is a kind young man who enjoys helping others out, even if he has a bit of a melatonin problem. However, with people twisting his story, he, too, has become more twisted than his previous selves and has an ominous duality in his nature.

Something people tend to notice about him first and foremost is his incredible ability to fall asleep just about anywhere. Although the prince doesn’t fall asleep during talking or tasks, let him in peace for a moment and he is most likely sleeping in some corner already. It takes him less than a minute to get into dreamland and waking him up is difficult - especially because it usually takes a kiss to wake him up. However, the prince can wake up just fine himself when he does it at his own peace. The prince can sleep just about anywhere and in any position, but it’s worth a mention he usually looks dead when he is asleep, sometimes causing unnecessary worry to people.
When the prince is awake, however, he is usually a rather pleasant person to be around. Thanks to the gifts he received in the christening ceremony, the rose prince is rather talented at getting along with people - just as expected from a royalty. However, his wit often manifests in witty comments, especially when people try to belittle him or make fun of him. One could say he has quite a way with words, sometimes even to the fault. He won’t hold back when you actually step on his foot.
Because of his almost constant state of drowsiness, he might come off as somewhat weird or out-of-touch with the reality. He might even mumble things when he is half awake, but despite this exterior he is actually rather attentive to his surroundings. However, he might not always remember where he is when he wakes up and might be a little confused. The prince is also kind of lazy and sluggish at times, but if you drag him out for an adventure, he can usually get into the mood pretty fast. It’s just a matter of how much effort you’re willing to put in to make him do something else than just sleep.
Although the prince is not hostile by nature, revenge makes him very excited and worked up. He strongly believes in karma and seeing “justice being delivered” is a favourite thing. It doesn’t even matter if he is not related to the act of revenge at all, he just enjoys the idea already. Those who have been around him during these times have said the prince’s personality seems to do a 180 degree turn from gentle and silent to bloodthirsty and loud.
The prince trusts people easily and usually acts very familiar and friendly even around the people he doesn’t really know. He is aware people think of him as an idiot at times, and that’s why he sometimes likes to tease people by constantly forgetting their name or identity, just to remember it again before the other loses their patience.

The fairy god mothers blessed him with beauty, wit, grace, dance, song, and music. Because of this, he is naturally very talented with anything involving music. He has a beautiful voice and learns instruments and dance moves very fast. However, he doesn’t seem to have much interest in them, preferring to spend his free time sleeping instead.
Has an obsession with sharp objects and is constantly seen touching them, sometimes to the point of bleeding. He suffers from a sensory deprivation where normal physical touch is not enough for him and instead he must go to more extreme in order to feel satisfied. His hands are usually bandaged because he hurts himself on daily basis
Looks very feminine and people often mistake him for a girl due the fact it's often hard to tell his gender by the first glance. Although the prince doesn’t mind this and politely corrects, he does not like when he gets mean remarks or is made fun of because of his looks.
Uses his cape as a blanket. It’s literally the only reason he keeps his cape with him. He doesn’t need a pillow to fall asleep.
He can fast shift from his casual voice to a deadpan, almost tragicomical voice. The prince might also say really heavy things all of sudden and the be like nothing happened.
Can actually fight but like, giving him a sword is a little risky considering his obsession with sharp things

His story is the most similar to that of Disney and the Grimms version, but the Perrault roots still show there too. However, majority of people nowadays know the story through the Disney movie or the Grimms version so they influenced him the most.
He is the first reincarnation of the sleeping beauty who is a male. This is because I have played too many otome games of the current trend of changing the protagonists so that the context of the story somehow changes, even if the plot is the same.
